V16, The Best Caffeine Free Energy Drink

Nowadays, most people need either a coffee or an energy drink to get through their day. Everybody seems to need that extra kick of energy in order to keep up with the demands of their lifestyle. And how could they not? Between work, ecenomic stress, family and social life, and one's own personal issues, it is hard to find time to rest, eat and even excercise properly. Therefore, due to lack do sleep and improper nutrition, it is almost necessary to resort to caffeine and energy drinks (since there is no time for a nap) to stay awake during the day. These is why energy drinks and coffee are so popular. However, alternatives for people that do not drink caffeine are not as popular, which only leaves them with very unhealthy alternatives in order to keep their energy levels high. Well, ADVOCARE provides people that do not drink caffeine, a very healthy and effective alternative. This alternative is calle V16.

V16 Energy Drink is a unique combination of adaptogens, nutrients and a balanced blend of B vitamins in a caffeine-free, effervescent drink designed to provide quick energy and mental focus. Because of its comprehensive formula, V16 Energy Drink is an excellent solution for energy, stress and core nutrition. The B vitamins in V16 provide long-lasting energy by supporting and enhancing the body’s natural energy production abilities. The body looks to carbohydrates, protein and fat as energy sources, and B vitamins such as vitamin B-12, vitamin B-6 and thiamine help improve the body’s ability to gain energy from each source. V16 Energy Drink also includes unique adaptogens that help increase the body’s resistance to stress as well as facilitate oxygen transport, increase endurance and support energy. These adaptogens make V16 Energy Drink an exceptional product that is appropriate for the hard-working, stay-at-home mom and the serious professional athlete alike.

The most important thing, is that this V16 energy drink is as effective as any caffeinated energy drink out there. I was a daily consumer of coffee, and I lately became a daily consumer of the Spark energy drink, therefore my body is used to caffeine. However, I decided to try the V16 energy drink for a week, and I loved it. It works just as well as the Spark, and it gives the same mental focus. Ever since I tried the V16 energy drink, I've been using it. The flavor is excellent, and it is only 20 calories. Moreover, it is cheaper than any other energy drink, coming to $1.39 per servings. I strongly recommend you to try it whether you drink caffeine or not.

Third World Squat Stretch and Hip Mobility

Ever heard of the Third World Squat?  Well the name describes itself.  Most third world countries are given that name for the basic fact that they are so poor that even small luxuries like chairs or insect repellent don’t exist.  Since many insects or small animals are deadly in these countries, the people cannot sit down on the floor.  So for rest, theydo the third world squat, which is shown below.

If you notice, their heels are on the ground while they are squatting, and for them this is for rest!  In developed countries such as ours, things like shoes or sitting in chairs all day tighten our hips and thus, the third world squat is impossible.  Whether your in an office all day or an avid gym goer, the third world squat stretch should be done everyday.  All you have to do is put your feet shoulder width apart and slightly pointing outwards, then squat down as far as you can and hold it for 2 minutes at a time.  Holding it for so long tires your muscles which results in them releasing their tension, allowing you to go lower.  This is something great to do before a leg workout or after.  Hip mobility is very important and many of us don’t focus on it.  So challenge yourself, get off the computer and try it right now!
